Must-Have Skills:

-Familiarity with Zoho CRM
-Basic experience in sales or marketing
-Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to customer inquiries through Zoho CRM
-Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
-Send professional emails to prospects and clients
-Provide polite and attentive customer service
-Support sales and marketing activities as needed

Plus to Have:
-Degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics
-Knowledge of AI tools
-Experience with LinkedIn and social media marketing
