Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Online Admin / Booking Agent to join our team remotely. This on-going, casual role supports our operations by managing client bookings, coordinating event schedules, and providing excellent administrative assistance to ensure smooth event planning and execution.

• Manage and respond to client inquiries within a 48 hour period through email and online platforms.
• Coordinate and confirm bookings, liaising between clients and band members to ensure all event details are clear and accurate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking calendar and event documentation.
• Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and general administrative tasks related to event management.
• Work closely with the Easy Entertainment team to deliver exceptional client service from inquiry to event completion.
• Maintain communications re: updates to bookings, events, availabilty of musicians etc. 
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling client information.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in online administration, customer service, or booking coordination is highly desirable.
• Strong written communication skills in English (verbal is not as important, but written must be at a professional level). 
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Long term availability: We want someone who will work with us for the next 5 yars at least… BUT.. This will ONLY EVER be a casual or part-time role. It would be suitable for someone who has a full time role elsewhere, and wants a flexible side-hustle.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of working independently using own laptop.
• Comfortable with using email, scheduling software, and other common office applications.
• Reliable internet connection with capacity to work remotely. Flexible hours to suit your schedule.
• Positive attitude. We hope that, over time, you will be willing / interested in learning about our place in the Australian / local (Perth, Westen Australia) music industry. 
• Interest and passion for music and the music / entertainment industry is desireable. 

Work Arrangement

This is a remote contractor role with flexible scheduling. You will be responsible for using your own laptop and internet connection to perform your duties.
