We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate specific tasks within our publishing process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee specific tasks assigned within the publishing process.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of allocated tasks.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates as needed.
• Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Identify potential issues and proactively offer solutions.
• Uphold high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Follow company systems and processes, with in-house training provided.

Requirements
• Proven experience in project management (preferably in publishing, content creation, or a related field).
• Native-level English speaker with strong communication skills.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently.
• Professional demeanor with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong time-management skills
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection.
