Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our growing operations. You’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier customer service, managing our presence across key online marketplaces, and supporting essential back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Oversee and optimize operations across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Manage product listings, including flat file updates, strike-through pricing, coupons, and overall merchandising.
• Maintain listing quality and compliance with marketplace standards.
• Provide support for general administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplace operations.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated and proactive in solving problems and managing tasks.
