We are

 A U.S.-based real estate media company seeking a Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant. The role focuses on designing professional thumbnails and social media graphics in a style similar to The Real Deal, but may also include preparing and sending newsletters, scheduling social media posts, and assisting with other design or digital needs. This is a long-term role with potential to grow in scope.

Responsibilities include:

 creating thumbnails and social graphics for articles and posts, maintaining brand consistency, helping prepare and schedule social media and newsletters, and assisting the team with general design-related tasks. Applicants should have proven experience in digital graphic design, a strong portfolio, and skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Sendy for Amazon SES or similar tools. Good communication, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Compensation

 is $500–$800/month full-time depending on experience. Part-time may be possible. Long-term partnership is sought.
