Position Overview

We are seeking  two highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide expert technical assistance and customer support for our state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, ensuring our clients have a seamless and successful experience during game days and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support for Sideline Interactive’s LED video boards and scorer’s tables via phone, email, or remote connection.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues related to audio-visual equipment.
• Guide customers through installation, setup, and operation to maximize the use and performance of our products.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to communicate recurring customer issues and suggest improvements.
• Document customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions accurately in support systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in technical support or customer service, preferably with audio-visual or electronics equipment.
• Strong understanding of AV systems, including LED displays and related software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work fixed schedules from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time (US & Canada), Monday to Friday.
• Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
