Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Freelance Video Editor to work on a project-by-project basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. This role requires the ability to transform raw footage into polished, compelling videos that are mostly meant for vertical platforms, such as Instagram.

Responsibilities:

* Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging, and professional videos.

* Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and sound design as needed.

* Meet deadlines.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software and techniques.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

* Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

* Excellent understanding of video production, including color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

* A reliable internet connection and personal editing equipment.
