🎯 Here’s the opportunity:

We’re looking for a rare hybrid: a scriptwriter with storyteller instincts and YouTube strategist chops. Someone who can structure emotion, insight, and virality into scripts — and help evolve AOM’s long-form content engine.

You’ll work directly with founders, editors, and the creative team to shape YouTube videos that feel like stories, teach like essays, and perform like top-tier channels. Not just a wordsmith — you’re a narrative architect who knows what keeps people watching.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Write or refine 2–4 YouTube video scripts per week
• Own structure: intros, pacing, arcs, transitions, titles
• Turn founder ideas and notes into compelling, watchable stories
• Develop repeatable formats for high-retention content
• Help align scripts with channel strategy, vibe, and creative briefs
• Assist with short-form scripting and ad-hoc pre-production when needed.

• 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Narrative Writing
  • Build cold opens, tension points, pacing, and resolutions
  • Translate founder voice and ideas into structured episodes
• Format + Story Development
  • Help create new video series, episodes, and content lanes
  • Identify patterns and shape editorial calendars with the team
• Strategy & Optimization
  • Contribute to thumbnail/title testing + content positioning

  • Review video performance and adjust creative accordingly
