đ„ Why LSAT Unplugged?
Weâre already a leading LSAT prep channel on YouTubeâbut we're not stopping there.
Our mission? Reinvent YouTube education.
Think Alex Hormozi meets MasterClass meets Harvard Law. Crisp, engaging, binge-worthy LSAT content. Zero fluff. Massive value. Exceptional retention.
To do this right, we need you: a meticulous, strategic Video Project Manager who owns quality, enhances retention, and helps turn good edits into phenomenal, bingeable videos.
đ Your Role: The Ultimate Quality Gatekeeper
Youâre not just "QC." You're the final creative voice on every video we publish.
You'll dissect video edits, provide razor-sharp feedback, and guide editors to create content that captures attention, sustains engagement, and elevates our brand.
You won't edit directlyâbut your insights will shape every frame, pacing decision, and retention-focused moment that makes viewers hit subscribe.
đŻ What You'll Do:
Conduct in-depth strategic QC reviews of YouTube video edits (10-45 mins)
Give clear, actionable feedback on storytelling, pacing, hooks, visual appeal, and retention
Identify and eliminate weak intros, slow segments, or retention pitfalls
Collaborate closely with video editors to rapidly iterate toward top-tier results
Leverage YouTube analytics (retention curves, watch time data) to continuously enhance quality
Help develop and refine video formats, including:
LSAT Speedruns
Student Coaching Transformations
Webinar Repurposing
Game-Show Style Challenges
Ensure every published video is intentional, professional, and highly engaging
â
You're Perfect for This Role If:
You're obsessed with YouTube retentionâyou deeply understand what keeps viewers watching
You can rapidly assess what's working (or not) in an edit and communicate it clearly to editors
You're not afraid to push for excellenceâno "just good enough"
You've worked extensively in educational, business, or thought-leadership content
You thrive in a collaborative, iterative environment and love seeing your feedback drive tangible improvements
Bonus: You've scaled YouTube channels or managed post-production processes before
â This Role Isn't for You If:
You're primarily a passive reviewer (e.g., just checking for mistakes)
You've never analyzed YouTube retention data to inform creative decisions
You're unfamiliar with long-form, educational-style YouTube content
You prioritize flashy edits or entertainment-style editing over clarity, structure, and substance
đ Tools We Love (Bonus Points for Familiarity)
Frame.io, Descript, Asana
YouTube Analytics & Retention Graphs
Slack, Notion, Loom
Adobe Premiere/After Effects (conceptual understanding)
đž Compensation & Growth:
Competitive per-video compensation (based on length, complexity)
Performance Bonuses: Earn additional incentives tied to video success (retention, watch time, engagement metrics)
Long-term potential: Demonstrate your value and step into higher leadership roles, such as Content Director or Creative Lead
đ Why You'll Love This Opportunity:
Youâll directly shape a fast-growing channel on a mission to revolutionize educational content
Your strategic feedback will be viewed by tens of thousands of aspiring law students worldwide
Work with a driven, quality-focused team obsessed with excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement
Build your reputation as the behind-the-scenes hero elevating a top-tier educational YouTube brand
đš Note: Applications without relevant examples or clear retention breakdowns will not be considered. AI-generated responses will be disqualified.
