About the Role
Join our cutting-edge email marketing agency as a Backend Operations Specialist. We're building next-generation marketing systems for B2B clients, and you'll be working at the forefront of outbound and content marketing innovation.
You'll work directly with our founder—a growth marketing veteran with 15 years in the US tech scene—to design and optimize the systems that power our client campaigns. We're a Clay expert shop (one of only 70 certified experts worldwide) and we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible in modern B2B marketing.

What You'll Do

Manage Campaign Operations: Oversee ~10 email marketing campaigns, handling lead flow and volume management
Build Advanced Workflows: Design automation systems using Airtable, Make.com, Clay, and other cutting-edge tools
Data & System Integration: Connect marketing tools to create seamless operational workflows
AI Sales Systems: Help design and implement AI-powered sales automation
Optimize & Scale: Continuously improve existing systems and identify new opportunities

What We're Looking For
Background:
2+ years professional experience
Engineering background preferred (software, mechanical, electrical, computer)
Strong analytical and systems thinking
Backend development or systems integration experience is a plus

Technical Skills:
Experience with Airtable or similar database tools
Familiarity with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n)
Comfortable with data analysis and workflow design
Ability to troubleshoot complex systems
