Project Manager – Signage Industry (Remote, Full-Time)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
Compensation: $1,100/month (starting salary)
Trial Period: 3 months

About Us

TFA Signs is a U.S.-based signage company specializing in commercial and architectural signage. From channel letters and pylons to monuments and wall signs, we deliver high-quality projects that shape the spaces people see every day. We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager with proven signage experience to coordinate our projects in the Chicago, Illinois market.

Responsibilities

• Manage signage projects from intake to final installation
• Coordinate design files, permitting, fabrication, and installation schedules
• Work closely with clients, vendors, installers, and Chicago city departments
• Troubleshoot permitting, compliance, or scheduling issues
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and project profitability

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in the signage industry
• Strong knowledge of sign fabrication (channel letters, pylons, monuments, wall signs, etc.)
• Experience with Chicago municipal permitting, site surveys, and installation coordination
• Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
