Our dynamic team means you'll have direct impact and visibility working on the top brands while gaining invaluable experience.


The Role
As our TikTok Shop Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone ensuring our clients' TikTok Shops run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work directly with the CEO and team to manage the critical day-to-day operations that keep our clients' shops performing at their peak.


What You'll Drive
• Complete setup and optimization of client TikTok Shops
• Strategic product listing management and updates
• Customer experience management through review responses
• Technical integration of shipping systems
• Client onboarding and relationship building
• KPI tracking and performance monitoring
• Customer support ticket resolution

Your Growth Journey
• Starting salary: $1,200/month
• Increase to $1,500/month after 3 months
• Performance-based bonus with OTE of $2,000/month
• Direct mentorship and 1:1 coaching from the CEO
• Dedicated learning time for skill development
• Hands-on experience in social media marketing
• Remote work flexibility

Requirements
Exceptional written English skills
2+ years of remote work experience
Proficiency with modern work tools (Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets)
Available during UK business hours (9-5 GMT)
Strong independent work ethic
Excellence in organization and time management
Calm and methodical approach to problem-solving
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
