AI Automation Specialist - Remote (Philippines)

About the Role

Treantly is seeking a dedicated AI Automation Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. This role is perfect for someone passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence and automation technologies to optimize business processes and drive innovation. You will work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain AI-driven automation solutions that improve efficiency and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business managers to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration across various processes.
• Develop, test, and deploy AI automation workflows using best practices and modern frameworks.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of AI automation systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and provide training or support to key stakeholders to maximize adoption and impact.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and automation technologies, applying relevant innovations to your work.
• Work within the fixed Eastern Time (US & Canada) schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, ensuring timely collaboration and communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI automation, process automation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of AI frameworks, RPA tools, or scripting languages relevant to automation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with remote teams across different time zones.
• Own a personal laptop suitable for development and automation tasks.
• Comfortable working in a structured schedule aligned with GMT-05:00 Eastern Time.
