Ecommerce Account Manager

We’re Strolox, a fast-growing e-commerce brand based in the Netherlands. With over 35 products live on Bol.com and generating more than €120,000 in monthly revenue, we're scaling quickly and ready to reach the next level.

We’re not looking for a typical virtual assistant. We want someone who takes initiative, moves fast, anticipates problems, and treats the business like their own. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership without needing constant direction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Bol.com (titles, content, images, uploads)
• Monitor and track orders, stock levels, and price changes daily
• Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues (EAN/BSR errors, platform bugs, etc.)
• Monitor product reviews and coordinate with customer service as needed
• Keep internal dashboards and Google Sheets up to date
• Use tools such as Canva and ChatGPT (training provided if necessary)

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience with e-commerce marketplaces (Bol.com, Amazon, etc.)
• Fast, detail-oriented, and highly proactive
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Organized and able to work with structure and deadlines
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative
