ISA + Lofty CRM Manager

We are hiring: Looking for Dynamic Inside Sales Associate/Appointment Setters *(EXPERIENCED with cold calling for Real Estate Agents in the US)* and has experience with managing Lofty CRM to join our growing team. Primary responsibility is to engage with leads using sales techniques and setting appointments with potential clients and creating drip campaigns and mailers and keeping the Lofty CRM organized.

Key Responsibilities:
Calling prospective buyers/sellers and engaging them in a conversation leading to a scheduled appointment
Timely Follow-up with leads and nurturing future prospective leads
Updating Follow Up Boss database in a timely manner with accurate information.
Creating new drip campaigns, emailers and newsletter if and when needed
Keeping the leads organized within the Lofty Boss CRM
Ad hoc tasks.


Requirements:
MUST HAVE at least one year of cold calling experience in the Real Estate field (This is a NON- NEGOTIABLE, apply only if experienced)
MUST CRM Management experience specifically Lofty CRM
Excellent English communication skills
Neutral or American accent (No strong local accents)
Self motivated, Goal-driven and Result-driven.
Adaptable and Flexible to changes in strategies and clients needs
Wiling to work US time zones
Must have In-Home office setup and reliable internet connection and a quiet working space
