About the Company
Gallagher Bros Construction Company is a well-established roofing company based in St. Louis,
Missouri. We specialize in retail, insurance, and commercial roofing projects and pride ourselves
on quality craftsmanship, customer service, and a strong team culture.
We are looking for a remote accountant to join our growing team and support our financial
operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a few years of experience,
especially with a Big Four background, to bring their expertise to a dynamic, high-performance
U.S. construction company.

Key Responsibilities
 Manage QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records
 Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
 Handle bill pay and accounts payable
 Perform regular financial and accounting analysis and reporting
 Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely reporting for compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
 2+ years of accounting experience required (Big Four experience is highly preferred)
 Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
 Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
 Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Preferred Experience
 Familiarity with U.S. GAAP
 Experience working remotely with U.S. clients
 Prior experience in construction or service-based industries
