Real Estate Inbound Appointment Setter

We are FASTEST CASH HOMEBUYERS, a U.S.-based real estate investment company that buys houses directly from homeowners and then fix and flip them to make a profit. We generate warm inbound leads daily from ads — meaning you will be talking to motivated homeowners, not cold-calling strangers. We are looking for a reliable and growth minded team member to grow in the company. 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a fluent-English speaking Communication Specialist who can:
Answer calls fast – pick up inbound calls within seconds of it ringing (speed-to-lead).
Call new leads quickly – call online form submissions within seconds (speed-to-lead).
Qualify leads (3–10 mins) – ask screening questions, confirm address, and gather a few details to then set an appointment.
Set appointments for homeowners with our Home Buying Specialist/Closer – transfer leads live if the closer is available, or book them a time on the calendar if closer is unavailable.
REMINDERS: Follow up by call/text/email – make sure sellers show up to scheduled appointments. Reduce no-shows.
Call the seller you set after they sign a contract to sell their house and congratulate them. (3–10 mins)
Update CRM after every call – log conversations, notes, tags, and next steps.
Update Excel Tracking and KPI sheets: (leads received, calls answered, appointments set, contracts signed, buyers contacted, deals sold).

Requirements:
Speak and Write Fluent English (neutral accent, confident speaking voice)
Reliable internet 
Webcam 
Quiet workspace
Available full-time (40 hrs/week) so you can answer calls quickly — no other clients preferred
Ability to Implement Feedback Fast 
Experience using a CRM (preferably GoHighLevel) 
Experienced with using Excel sheets 
Fast response time (calls and texts must be made and answered quickly within seconds)
Good at talking to people 
2+ years Experience in sales, real estate wholesaling, as a receptionist or customer service is a plus but not required.

Hours:
10:30AM to 6:30PM EST (New York Time)
Availability to take inbound calls and make outbound calls within seconds is KEY. 

Compensation Structure:
Base: $3 / hour 
Performance Bonus and Incentives: Get paid $50-100+ bonus per closed contracts that you directly help generate (via calling, setting an appointment, CRM follow-ups, lead management, and coordination ).

Earnings Breakdown Example
Base Only (no deals): $480/month
Base + 2 deals closed: $530–$680/month
Base + 4 deals closed (goal hit): $720–$880/month
Top Performer (5–6 deals): $820–$1,080/month
