We are looking for a highly skilled, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand's reach through lead generation, email marketing, customer service, and social media management. Your commitment to excellence will help us continue honoring our legacy, fostering creativity, and inspiring determination in our community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute marketing projects, ensuring timely completion
• Manage all company social media accounts, keeping content fresh and engaging
• Coordinate with writers, editors, and designers to ensure timely content execution
• Facilitate client-company communication (responding to queries, organizing chats)
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and social media best practices

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

• Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers and business opportunities
• Oversee email marketing campaigns (creation, scheduling, and performance analysis)
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues
• Utilize ChatGPT for customer engagement and support
• Assist in Shopify store management, including product listings and inventory monitoring
• Create and manage Facebook Ads to boost traffic and sales
• Handle influencer marketing outreach, identifying and securing collaborations
• Manage and grow social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers
• Develop blog posts and marketing materials
• Book flights and hotel reservations as needed

What We’re Looking for (Must-Haves):

✔ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
✔ Strong organization and time management abilities
✔ Experience in brand awareness via social media
✔ Proficiency in Canva and/or Photoshop
✔ Familiarity with Shopify, Facebook Ads, and ChatGPT
✔ Strong negotiation skills and experience working with influencers
✔ Knowledge of Google Workspace tools
✔ Ability to multitask effectively and execute projects efficiently
