SingleSource Technologies is a fast-growing SaaS company building AI-powered workflow tools for M&A professionals. Our products help deal teams and advisors run faster, smarter transactions — from diligence through execution. We work with private equity firms, corporates, and M&A advisors globally.

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Executive based in the Philippines to help us execute and manage our marketing operations.

What This Role Is:

This is not a copywriting or content strategy role. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from senior leadership and turn it into action — across multiple workstreams.

You will project manage and support the delivery of:

• Marketing assets (e.g. web pages, flyers, explainer videos, decks)
• Email campaigns and CRM updates (HubSpot)
• Webinar and event logistics and follow-ups
• LinkedIn and email outreach coordination
• Website content and visual updates (via Hubspot CMS)
• Liaison with freelancers (video editors, designers, web devs) to deliver high-quality output

What We’re Looking For:

• Impeccable written and spoken English — this is a must
• 2+ years in B2B marketing, agency, or SaaS coordination roles
• Experience managing projects, timelines, and digital asset delivery
• Highly responsive, incredibly organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Comfortable taking ownership, asking smart questions, and working independently
• Strong familiarity with tools like HubSpot/CRM, LinkedIn, Canva, Excel
• Flexible and resilient — able to navigate the ambiguity and urgency of early-stage company life
• Bonus: Exposure to M&A, legaltech, and financial services industries
