Job Profile – Technical Specialist for Audience & Automation

Title:
Technical Specialist – Facebook Automation, Data Extraction & CRM (Memorialine)

Role Description:
We are Memorialine – a global marketplace for mourning and memorial services.
We are looking for a technical freelancer who can handle all the data and automation tasks related to our Facebook and CRM marketing efforts.
You don’t need to write content – we provide all storytelling and creative.
Your focus is on the technical execution.

Main Responsibilities

1. Data Extraction & Audience Building
   • Extract members from Facebook groups (using Phantombuster, scrapers, or similar tools).
   • Collect data of people engaging with our posts (likes, comments, shares).
   • Export and organize data into Google Sheets.
2. Facebook Automations
   • Set up automations to invite post likers to like our page.
   • Manage safe automation limits (avoid bans).
   • Build and upload Custom Audiences into Facebook Ads Manager.
3. CRM (Zoho)
   • Upload audience data into Zoho CRM.
   • Tag and segment users (parents, pet owners, religious groups, etc.).
   • Maintain updated and clean CRM records.
4. Reporting
   • Provide weekly reports of:
     • New group members extracted
     • Invites sent (post → page likes)
     • CRM updates completed

Requirements

• Strong experience with Facebook Ads Manager (Custom Audiences).
• Experience with Phantombuster, scrapers, or lead generation tools.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, or browser-based automation).
• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
• Excellent skills with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Technical mindset, detail-oriented, process-driven.

Scope of Work

• Start with a pilot project:
  • Extract 1 group (5,000 members)
  • Build audience in Ads Manager
  • Upload into Zoho CRM
  • Run automation to invite post likers → page likes
• If successful → ongoing monthly collaboration (multiple groups + CRM maintenance).
