The Role

We're looking for a reliable, self-directed AI & Automation Specialist to help us build and maintain smart workflows across Zapier, Lindy.ai, GoHighLevel (GHL), OpenAI, and other tools. Your first major project will focus on building a communication bot that can interface with our internal tools like Slack and Notion.

This is a solo operator role — ideal for someone who can take an idea and run with it.

Responsibilities

• Build and test automations using Zapier, GHL, and Lindy.ai
• Develop and integrate bots using OpenAI APIs
• Connect workflows between tools like Slack, Notion, and external APIs
• Document processes clearly for internal reference
• Proactively suggest improvements or new automations that could save time
   

Requirements

• Proven experience with Zapier (multi-step, conditional logic, webhooks)
• Experience building bots or AI assistants (OpenAI, Lindy.ai, etc.)
• Comfortable working in Slack, Notion, and GHL
• Self-starter attitude — you can work from ambiguous prompts and figure things out
• Strong written communication skills
   

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info, Airtable, or other automation platforms
• Experience in operations or consulting environments
• Ability to read API documentation and set up custom integrations
