📌 Job Title: Commercial Lines Virtual Assistant (CL VA)

💼 Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Virtual Assistant to assist an insurance agency with administrative and client service tasks. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in the insurance industry and at least basic knowledge of AMS360.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance (COI) and endorsements
• Handle billing inquiries and assist with policy changes
• Send policies and documents to insured clients
• Support with audits, attaching mail, documents, and quotes in AMS360
• Assist with email management and general admin support
• Maintain accurate and organized policy documentation

✅ Qualifications:

• Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance (preferred)
• Basic knowledge or experience using AMS360
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes quickly
