Job Title: Real Estate - Director of Leads and Tech

We are seeking a tech-savvy professional with hands-on experience in real estate technology platforms—especially Follow Up Boss—to help optimize and manage our CRM and related tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are fully integrated and that our real estate agents are effectively utilizing them. This role also includes tracking and reporting on lead data to the owner for performance insights and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and fine-tune all real estate technology platforms, with a strong focus on CRM systems like Follow Up Boss.
• Ensure agent compliance and engagement with tech tools through training, troubleshooting, and support.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on lead data and system usage to ownership regularly.
• Identify opportunities to improve tech workflows and drive system adoption across the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with real estate software, especially CRM platforms like Follow Up Boss.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, actionable reports and insights from system data.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities.
