Evolved Agents is a leading marketing agency that helps real estate agents generate leads and book meetings using online ads and virtual assistants. We specialize in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and YouTube ads, running highly effective campaigns that drive results.

We are now looking for a Video Ad Editor to help optimize our ad creatives for maximum engagement, conversions, and booked calls.

Role Overview:

– We need an experienced video editor to create 3-5 short ad videos per week (30-90 seconds each) for Meta and YouTube ads. You will be responsible for:

– Editing high-converting video ads based on proven templates and strategies.

– Optimizing content for engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

– Editing real estate video ads for our clients with provided guidelines.

– Creatively testing new video styles and formats to improve ad performance.

– (Future) Helping with our organic social media content strategy (YouTube long-form + Shorts).

– Collaborating with a team of paid ad experts to refine video ad strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

– Proven experience editing paid video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube.
– Strong ability to edit for engagement, conversions, and viewer retention.
– Experience with both short-form (ads) and long-form (YouTube) content.
– (Bonus) Experience working with real estate content or lead-gen ad creatives.
– A passion for creative storytelling and a results-driven mindset.
