About the Role

Real Deal Homes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Acquisitions Closer to join our remote team focused on real estate investment sales. In this role, you will play a critical part in closing property acquisition deals, working closely with investors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and maximize investment opportunities. If you have a strong sales background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for real estate, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

Compensation

• 💰 $5.00 USD/hour base pay
• 💼 $500 USD bonus for every property successfully contracted and closed
• Performance-based increases possible after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and close real estate acquisition deals by managing all necessary documentation and communication between buyers, sellers, and agents.
• Work closely with investors and internal teams to understand acquisition goals and ensure timely and successful deal closures.
• Manage follow-ups, deadlines, and contract obligations to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Negotiate terms and resolve issues proactively to help maximize investment profitability.
• Maintain detailed records of acquisitions and provide regular reports to management.
• Utilize your own laptop to perform all work remotely during the fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (US & Canada).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or related fields with proven closing success.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively close deals and build long-term relationships.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup using your own equipment.
• Proficiency in tools such as email, video conferencing, and document management platforms.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time contractor role with a fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (US & Canada). Remote work from anywhere within the Philippines is supported.
