Full Social Media Strategist/Short Video Editor

We're Hiring: Full-Time Social Media Manager & Video Editor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST (40 hours/week)
Location: Remote (must be available during CST hours)

We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Short-Form Video Editor to join our growing team. You’ll work directly alongside a seasoned social media strategist to support both our brand and our clients with high-impact content that drives engagement and results.

What You'll Do:

• Edit short-form video content using CapCut or Final Cut Pro
• Design engaging carousel posts for social platforms
• Strategize and execute content tailored for TikTok and Instagram
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy
• Brainstorm and create viral-worthy content regularly

• Collaborate on creative campaigns and content calendars

• Deep passion for TikTok and Instagram trends and culture
• Proven ability to create viral content
• Strong visual and storytelling skills
• A mix of creative vision and analytical thinking
• Experience designing visually engaging carousels

• A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment

   

Requirements:

• A strong creative portfolio with examples of short-form content and carousel posts
• Demonstrated results with viral content performance

• Full-time availability during CST business hours
