Kentucky Cleaning Solutions is a growing company specializing in cleaning products and solutions. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Proposal Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on preparing, analyzing, and submitting bids, tenders, RFQs, and RFPs to secure new business opportunities.

Job Summary
The Bid Proposal Coordinator will evaluate bid opportunities based on provided criteria, prepare item lists for pricing, and compile all necessary information for bid submission. This role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Bid Evaluation and Preparation:
- Review bid documents and criteria to assess eligibility and requirements.
- Verify whether the buyer is requesting products, services, or both (note: we provide products only).
- If both products and services are required, reach out to the buyer to confirm whether the bid can be submitted for products only or if services are mandatory.
- Identify required items and prepare an itemized list for pricing (preferably in Excel format).
- Send itemized lists to the company for pricing feedback.

Data Compilation:
- Gather critical bid details, including whether the bid is:
- A one-off order or an ongoing contract (specify contract duration if ongoing).
- Inclusive of freight charges or if freight must be included in item prices.
- Permissive of specifying a minimum order value.
- Requiring all listed items to be provided.

Future Collaboration:
- Potential to collaborate directly with suppliers to obtain pricing as the role evolves.

Communication Requirements:
- Use Slack for day-to-day casual communications with the team.
- Use email for sending detailed reports and formal communications.

Requirements:
- Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and a suitable work-from-home setup.
- Previous experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, or a similar field is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
