Logistics Team Lead

We are hiring a Logistics Team Lead for our operations team—someone with 3+ years of logistics or fulfillment experience and prior team leadership responsibility, ideally in a client-facing or multi-brand environment. You’ll report to the Director of Operations and manage a team of 3-5 who are responsible for wholesale order fulfillment and freight management across our client base.

Our clients are some of the most innovative and ambitious CPG brands across food, beverage, personal care, and pet products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workflows for the logistics team supporting multiple CPG clients
- Lead weekly 1:1s with client leads to review shipments, task progress, and issue resolution
- Oversee execution of order fulfillment and freight coordination via our Order Management System (OMS)
- Monitor team workload, support prioritization, and ensure timely completion of recurring tasks
- Ensure SOPs are maintained, updated, and consistently followed across clients
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Support new client onboarding, including SOP development and OMS setup
- Maintain direct ownership of select client accounts

About You

- 3+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain roles (CPG strongly preferred)
- 2+ years of experience managing a team or direct reports
- Strong understanding of ERP, WMS, and 3PL operations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple timelines and priorities
- Strong communicator who can lead internal check-ins and coordinate across functions
- Experience developing and maintaining SOPs or fulfillment playbooks
- Google Sheets/Excel proficiency; comfortable with collaborative task management tools
- Motivated by structure, accuracy, and continuous process improvement
