Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Data Analysis & Excel Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Virtual Assistant to support our client, with business travel data analysis, reporting, and lead development tasks. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, particularly pivot tables, and is eager to learn and adapt to specialized client needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Review and interpret client-provided datasets, focusing on business travel spend (airline, hotel, and car rental).
• Pivot Table Development: Create and refine pivot tables to calculate totals, averages, and market share insights.
• Custom Reporting: Summarize data to highlight trends and key metrics (e.g., average costs, usage by category, or market share).
• Lead Development: Assist with organizing and tracking leads (e.g., LinkedIn development, client data management).
• Collaboration & Tracking: Maintain clear records of work, notes, and assumptions in Google Docs/Sheets for client review.

• Training Sessions: Participate in training directly with the client, leveraging tools like Loom or YouTube resources for Excel skills development.

   

Skills & Qualifications

• Excel / Google Sheets Proficiency: Strong command of pivot tables, formulas, and data organization.
• Data Analysis Skills: Ability to summarize, interpret, and provide insights from datasets.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in handling client data and calculations.
• Communication Skills: Professional and clear communication with the client for updates, training, and clarifications.
• Time Management: Ability to handle tasks with quick turnaround times.

• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes and tools.

   

Role Details

• Type: Part-time position
• Schedule: Flexible, but must be available to coordinate directly with the client for training and updates
