THE MISSION
Own all things People for a hyper-growth, global BPO: workforce planning, full-cycle recruitment, PH payroll, culture programs, and data dashboards that put intuition to shame.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Recruit at scale: fill 90% of roles <45 days, mostly night-shift support teams.
- Run PH payroll end-to-end with iron-clad compliance.
- Launch and manage real-time dashboards for hiring velocity, retention and performance.
- Level-up policies, onboarding playbooks, and contractor agreements for U.S./PH ops.
- Coach managers on interviewing, feedback, and performance management.

THE PACKAGE (all figures in Philippine Pesos)
- Base Compensation: ?1.37M – ?1.71M per year (~?114k – ?143k/month) | Based on mid-market rate of ?57 = US$1, 18 Jun 2025 (wise.com)
- Performance Bonus: Up to ?137k – ?206k/year | Tied to on-time hires & 90-day retention
- 13th Month Equivalent: One month base, paid every December
- Benefits: HMO, 15 days PTO, ?23k learning wallet, home office allowance
- Schedule: 9 AM – 6 PM U.S. Eastern (with some flexibility) (~9 PM – 6 AM PH) | Night shift premium already baked into salary
