Google Ads Specialist

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist who understands how to drive measurable results for both lead generation and ecommerce campaigns. You should be confident creating and optimizing campaigns using STAG structures, writing compelling ad copy, and analyzing conversion data.

Responsibilities:
-Build and manage Google Ads campaigns using STAGs (Single Themed Ad Groups)
-Manage both lead generation and ecommerce accounts
-Track KPIs such as conversions, qualified leads, ROAS, CTR, and CPC
-Write and test ad copy, sitelinks, headlines, and descriptions
-Optimize campaigns using PPC tools such as Adalysis or Optmyzr
-Conduct ongoing A/B testing and performance analysis
-Collaborate with leadership on client goals and strategy
-Provide weekly performance reports with insights and recommendations
-Strong understanding of how to director web team in landing page creation/modification
-Understand landing page optimization especially in platforms like GoHighLevel

Qualifications:
-5+ years managing Google Ads accounts
-Demonstrated success in lead gen and ecommerce verticals
-Strong experience with STAGs, SKAGs, and Google Ads Editor
-Familiar with attribution models, GTM, GA4, and conversion tracking
-Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
-4 year bachelor's degree

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the CEO and Digital Marketing Manager (Jon) during onboarding. Will transition to report primarily to Digital Marketing Manager once fully integrated.
