We are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Analyst, with a solid grasp of US GAAP, to enhance our financial processes and strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. **Financial Modeling and Cash Flow Management:** Construct and refine financial models to accurately predict and manage cash flow, aiding in strategic planning. 2. **Financial Forecasting and Reporting:** Regularly perform financial forecasting and generate comprehensive reports to assess and communicate the financial state of the company. 3. **Financial Integrity and Compliance:** Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other financial standards. 4. **Payroll Management:** Run accurate payroll processes, ensuring timely and precise compensation for all employees. 5. **Financial Optimization Recommendations:** Provide insightful recommendations on improving financial management and operational efficiency within the digital marketing context. 6. **Cross-Departmental Collaboration:** Collaborate with various teams to gather essential financial data and provide valuable fiscal insights. Requirements - Bachelorís degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - Extensive experience in financial analysis, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting. - Thorough understanding of accounting, finance, and US GAAP and financial regulations. - Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and payroll management. - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
