TikTok Shop Manager (Remote)

Position Overview:
Are you a TikTok Shop expert? Do you have a proven track record of optimizing TikTok Shop listings, managing affiliates, and driving sales? Smart Marketer is looking for a full-time TikTok Shop Account Manager to grow multiple TikTok Shop accounts for our clients.

This is a long-term, remote position with incredible growth potential. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients' TikTok Shops. We need someone who is truly obsessed with the platform and can independently manage and scale these accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all daily operations inside TikTok Shop
* Manage and oversee collaborations with TikTok influencers and affiliates to drive traffic and sales to the shops.
* Reach out to TikTok creators/affiliates and handle sample requests
* Approve and track samples shipped and content created
* Upload and optimize product listings
* Monitor order flow, manage returns, and resolve customer issues
* Track campaign and creator performance (views, GMV, ROAS, etc.)
* Handle communication with TikTok Shop Support when needed
* Keep weekly and monthly performance reports up to date
* Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and engagement.
* Collaborate with affiliates and/or the creative team to develop compelling content that drives engagement and conversions on TikTok.


Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing TikTok Shops.
* Deep knowledge of TikTok Shop backend, rules, features and best practices.
* Proven experience managing creators/affiliates.
* Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and take action to improve performance.
* Strong English communication (written and verbal)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
