Job Description

• Provide technical support and integrations expertise across our 3-app ecosystem that serves musicians and music entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with developer/product manager to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to optimize workflows between platforms.
• Assist in the documentation and implementation of integration processes, ensuring smooth data flow within the app ecosystem.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with internal teams and external users to provide timely support and updates.
• Use your problem-solving skills to improve user experience and minimize downtime across integrated applications.

Qualifications (Still apply if you don’t fit all criteria!)

• At least 2 years experience working with app integrations, support, or a closely related technical role.
• Familiarity with web and mobile app ecosystems and common integration technologies (e.g., APIs, webhooks).
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and users.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently using your own equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Canada time zone), with remote setup.
• A passion for music and understanding of challenges musicians face is a plus.

Engagement Type

This is a temporary contractor role with flexible remote work hours.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Canada time, flexible within this range. There will be additional flexibility for tasks not requiring direct collaboration with developer/project manager in Canada.
