About Us:
Neuro Training School is a UK-based online school delivering specialist training in neurological massage, inclusive wellness, and professional development for therapists and carers. We have recently launched a series of online courses and are now expanding our library. Our courses are CPD-recognised and designed to a high professional standard.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled e-learning professional to create SCORM-compliant course packages for our online school. You will take our course materials (presentations, videos, assessments, text content) and turn them into polished, branded modules that are ready to upload to our LMS.

This role is remote, project-based, and offers flexible working hours. We don’t mind when or where you work, as long as the packages are completed to a high standard and on time.

Responsibilities:
• Develop SCORM-compliant course packages based on provided content.
• Ensure packages align with our existing branding guidelines. We will provide examples, but we are open to your suggestions for improving design and presentation, as long as it fits the overall style of Neuro Training School.
• Improve user experience and course flow where possible.
• Test and troubleshoot packages to ensure smooth upload and functionality.
• Collaborate with the founder for feedback and adjustments.

Requirements:
• Experience creating SCORM packages for e-learning.
• Familiarity with popular authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and design consistency.
• Ability to work independently and deliver on deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection.

Preferred but not required:
• Experience with wellness, healthcare, or educational content.
• Ability to make small design or branding improvements.

Hours and Pay:
• Flexible hours, remote work.
• Project-based work for 2–3 months, with potential for part-time or full-time ongoing collaboration.
