⭐ Your Responsibilities

• Support daily operational tasks across digital platforms and internal workflows
• Assist with course content uploads, file organization, and light editing
• Manage project trackers, schedules, and internal documentation
• Coordinate with the client during overlapping Australia daytime hours
• No customer calls, sales work, or outreach — strictly internal support tasks

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
• Communicate clearly in English (written and spoken)
• Are comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, or project dashboards
• Can manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Reliable and stable internet connection
• Laptop or desktop suitable for daily remote tasks

⏰ Position Details

• Part-Time | Approx. 20 hours per week
• Starting Rate: $3.75/hour
• Some working hours must overlap with Australia business time
