Bravio Media is a fast-growing, full-service marketing agency specializing in helping home improvement businesses scale and succeed. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Internal Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with warm leads and scheduling consultations for our contractor partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Rapid Response: Contact new leads within 5 minutes of inquiry via phone and SMS, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
• Lead Qualification: Follow our proven scripts to gather crucial project details, budget, timeline, and any other specifics required by our partners.
• Appointment Setting: Secure and schedule high-quality consultations between leads and our contractor partners.
• Persistent Follow-Up: Re-engage leads who are unresponsive, reschedule canceled appointments, and keep the pipeline moving.
• Accurate Documentation: Track all communications and updates within our CRM systems (GoHighLevel for SMS, Hot Prospector for calls).
• Performance Tracking: Submit daily reports with your metrics to keep our team aligned and focused on goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal (Native/Near-Native English required).
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and through text.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for helping people.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations at once.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a strong plus.
