ROLE SUMMARY Our client is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the e-commerce operations. Your expertise in platforms like Shopify and Amazon Vendor Central, combined with your data analysis skills, will help us enhance our online presence and sales performance. SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM ñ 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (1:00 AM ñ 10:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays POSITION TYPE: Full Time WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Optimize e-commerce operations, focusing on Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, DSCO, NuORDER, and various other e-commerce portals Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) Create and maintain detailed data spreadsheets for reporting purposes Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement QUALIFICATIONS A bachelorís degree in the related field is an advantage Proven experience in e-commerce operations, a strong preference for Shopify and Amazon Vendor Central expertise a plus Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics for comprehensive data analysis and reporting Must possess a strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs Experience in a multi-client environment Strong organization, oral and written communication skills Analytical skills with particular attention to detail Ability to function in an autonomous environmentóindependent worker, self-directed What awaits you upon securing the position?
