YouTube Channel Video Strategist

I’m a real estate investor and educator with a growing channel focused on multifamily investing, capital raising, financial freedom, and wealth building. My goal is to consistently publish valuable, entertaining, and conversion-focused content that grows our community and builds trust with future investors.
 

Now, I’m looking for a YouTube Video Strategist to join me and help take the channel to the next level.

 

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with me weekly to brainstorm, research, and plan video topics based on content pillars and audience pain points
• Analyze video performance and provide insights for what to double down on or tweak
• Develop outlines, hooks, and storylines that retain viewer attention and build curiosity
• Stay up to date with YouTube trends, thumbnails, titles, and algorithm changes
• Suggest ideas for short-form repurposing, email nurture content, and lead magnets tied to video content
• Help create a consistent upload calendar and hold the process accountable from idea to publish
  
   

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have experience growing a YouTube channel (either your own or someone else’s)
• Understand how to use hooks, curiosity, storytelling, and audience psychology
• Know how to reverse-engineer viral content and turn data into decisions
• Are obsessed with YouTube, marketing, and making videos that actually perform
• Bonus: Have experience with real estate, investing, or online education content
