WHO WE WANT

We are ONLY looking for Video Editors who are PREMIUM. Those that are willing to do the extra mile in everything that they do. Your primary responsibility will be to create organic short-form video content. You will be expected to produce 3-5 edits per day, ensuring high-quality and engaging videos that align with our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Edit an average of 3-5 short-form videos daily.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets brand standards.
- Continuously explore new editing techniques to enhance video quality.
- MASTER your editing style
- Bring New Ideas and Styles
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.


REQUIREMENTS

- Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in video editing, particularly short-form content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- A portfolio that proves you’re top-tier, but weak edits won’t make it here.
- After Effects & Premiere Pro Mastery.

Compensation:
$800/month with a consistent retainer agreement.
