We help our clients grow their channels through expert video editing, SEO optimization, and high-converting thumbnails. Now, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Thumbnail Designer to join our team.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Thumbnail Designer to craft compelling thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients' YouTube channels by creating eye-catching, curiosity-driven visuals that align with their branding.
Responsibilities
- Design high-converting YouTube thumbnails that maximize CTR (Click-Through Rate)
- Develop engaging visuals for social media teasers, banners, and other marketing assets
- Research and analyze successful thumbnails in the health and wellness niche
- Collaborate closely with the video editing and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay updated on YouTube design trends and best practices for high engagement
- Receive feedback and iterate quickly to improve thumbnail performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in YouTube thumbnails, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software
- Understanding of color psychology, typography, and composition in thumbnail design
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and turn around designs quickly
- Experience with A/B testing thumbnails is a plus
- Familiarity with the health and wellness niche is a big advantage
