CruiseDirect.com is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to lead the execution of cross-functional digital projects. This role requires a strong understanding of front-end technologies, design principles, and CRM systems to ensure smooth collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage technical and design-focused projects from planning through execution

Coordinate across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables and timelines

Perform QA and oversee front-end implementation with a working knowledge of CSS, Drupal, Replit,Hubspot CRM, and  Mailparser. 

Collaborate on user experience improvements and A/B tests 

Track progress using project management tools and report to stakeholders

Support CRM initiatives with campaign setup, data segmentation, and workflow mapping

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in technical or digital project management

Familiarity with CSS, HTML, and responsive web practices

Solid understanding of UX/UI design workflows and tools (e.g., Figma)

Experience with CRM (Hubspot preferred)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience in e-commerce or travel tech is a plus

Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).

Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
