Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior AI Solutions Engineer to join our remote team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of AI-powered communication solutions that enhance our UCaaS and hosted VoIP platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to develop AI-driven features that optimize communication workflows.
• Assist in integrating AI solutions with existing VoIP and UCaaS platforms ensuring smooth and scalable operations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues under guidance to maintain high service quality.
• Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of AI applications within communication infrastructures.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and their application in unified communications to propose enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with remote team members and follow established workflows and schedules.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, and experience with relevant tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow) is an advantage.
• Familiarity or interest in telecommunications, VoIP, or UCaaS platforms is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently using your own laptop in a remote work environment from the Philippines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and collaborative mindset.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work Schedule & Engagement

This is a full-time contractor role with flexible remote working hours within the U.S. schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (U.S. time zones). Candidates must be located in the Philippines and provide their own laptop for work.
