Operations Manager

Job Title: Operation Manager. 

About the Role:  We are seeking a talented operation manager to take the lead on driving our operation to the next level. In this role, you’ll be the key figure who excels in overseeing the day-to-day functions of the business. The operation manager  will bel be the steady force behind the organisation  holding people accountable, maintaining clear communication, and executing the business plan with precision. 

Key Responsibilities:

• People Management: Conduct interviews, oversee hiring and onboarding, manage terminations/exit processes for cleaning technicians and remote workers.
• Operations Leadership: Lead operations meetings to streamline workflow and drive organizational efficiency.
• Team Engagement: Regular 1-1 meetings with cleaning technicians and remote workers to maintain high performance and engagement.
• Collaboration: Attend and contribute to sales meetings, aligning operational goals with sales strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience in the Cleaning Industry: Previous experience in the cleaning industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Service Business Background: Experience in a service-oriented business is beneficial.
• Strong EOS Understanding: Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) is essential to ensure alignment with our vision and execution.
• Technical Proficiency: Must be experienced in using ClickUp to organize and streamline operations, with the ability to optimize the platform for maximum efficiency.
• Automation Expertise: Must have worked with GoHighLevel (GHL) and have the skills to set up workflows and automation.
• Leadership Excellence: Ability to lead, manage, and hold people accountable while integrating key business functions to drive results.
