GHL & Tech Specialist

We are a fast-growing advertising agency looking for a talented and experienced Tech (GHL & Automations) Expert to join our team full-time. Your mission will be to own the creation, optimization, and innovation of all backend systems, SOPs, and automations that make the entire company run smoother, faster, and with fewer fires. You will be the brain behind the backend engine of our business, supporting cross-departmental teams by building efficient workflows, solving tech escalations, and making day-to-day operations easier and more scalable as we grow.

This is a role for a systems thinker who is passionate about building and maintaining the infrastructure that enables a high-performance team to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Systems & Automation Management: Owning and managing our entire backend tech stack, including GoHighLevel, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and ClickUp.
• Data & Reporting Management: Ensuring all company data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all relevant team members. This includes managing our Client Fulfillment Tracker, B2B Acquisition Tracker, and various dashboards.
• Advanced Snapshot Management: Rolling out complex GoHighLevel snapshot updates and process improvements to all client accounts.
• Tech Team Support & Escalation: Providing real-time support to our tech and onboarding teams, unblocking them when they get stuck, and creating SOPs to prevent future issues.
• Onboarding & Fire Prevention: Ensuring smooth client launches and proactively identifying and resolving recurring issues before they escalate.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel, including building and managing complex automations and snapshots.
• Proven experience with integration platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n.
• Strong understanding of data management and reporting, with experience using tools like Airtable, Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total Compensation between $1200 - $1500 per month
