About the Role
Our client is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Branch Manager to lead operations in their Davao office. This is a critical leadership role that will require someone who can launch, scale, and optimize business operations locally while maintaining high global corporate standards.

You're a Filipino professional with strong English communication skills, local business knowledge, and a passion for operational excellence. You thrive in startup environments, are proactive, and know how to lead from the front. Ideally, you bring a background in IT, digital, or technology-driven businesses and have experience navigating the balance between local market dynamics and global expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full operational management of the Davao branch
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team
• Execute growth and development plans for the branch
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and P&L responsibilities
• Ensure all KPIs (qualitative and quantitative) are met
• Maintain high standards in client service delivery
• Coordinate with HQ and external partners effectively
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
   

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
• Strong team building and leadership capabilities
• Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and basic financial management
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with uncertainty
• Strong public speaking, negotiation, and representation skills
• Able to set goals, plan effectively, and execute autonomously
• Understands local employee behavior, motivations, and compliance nuances

• Experience launching or scaling operations in a startup or lean environment
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead under pressure
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day execution
• Financial acumen, including cost optimization and P&L oversight

Compensation

• Monthly salary: $2,000 – $2,500 USD
• Full-time, on-site in Davao, Philippines
