YouTube Script Writer / Editor for AI-Drafted Psychology Explainer Videos

I’m looking for a skilled YouTube scriptwriter with a genuine interest and background in psychology to generate and polish explainer scripts for a psychology-focused channel. You will be given a clear outline for each video. No research is required. Your role is to generate the script using AI tools and then edit it to a high standard, ensuring the final result is clear, engaging, well-paced, and sounds fully human.

This role is about execution, editorial judgment, and attention to detail, not topic selection or research.

Requirements:


• Strong interest and working knowledge of psychology


• Prior experience writing psychology or explainer content preferred


• Excellent editorial instincts and very high attention to detail


• Native-level English writing only


• Reliable and responsive communicator


• Available to work Mondays and Tuesdays

Workload:


• 3 scripts per week (approx 1700 words per script)


• Delivery on Mondays and Tuesdays

Additional:


• Base prompts will be provided. Light refinement of prompts to improve output quality is expected as part of the workflow.
