Job Description

• Build and audit financial models (DCF, comps, M&A impact)
• Research industries, profile targets, and support due diligence
• Create pitch decks, CIMs, and investment memos

• Coordinate across legal, accounting, and executive teams

   

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years in investment banking, PE, corporate development, or Big 4 TAS
• Expert in valuation methods and deal mechanics

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and confident working directly with leadership
