Guest Service Assistant – Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Assistant (GSA) to join our team at PS Apartments, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries across various platforms (phone, email, online travel agencies, etc.).
• Provide quotes, manage reservations, and handle pre-arrival, in-stay, and post-departure communications.
• Operate and maintain our booking system to ensure accurate information and efficient processes.
• Ensure our properties are accurately listed and consistently visible across multiple booking platforms.
• Liaise with prospective, current, and past guests to build strong relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping and linen teams to support smooth operations and high cleanliness standards.
