About ApertureAds
ApertureAds is a new performance-focused agency born from over 15 years of consumer data in the photo and video space. We help creative brands turn ad dollars into measurable results by combining data, storytelling, and relentless testing.
We’re building something big — and fast. We’re currently managing several clients as proof-of-concept campaigns, with 50+ more ready to onboard once we finalize our internal systems and client workflows. If you’re the kind of person who thrives in a “build it and scale it” environment, this is your moment.
The Role
We’re looking for a Meta Ads Manager who knows how to test, optimize, and scale campaigns profitably — and who can bring creative insight to the table. You’ll be the one connecting the dots between strategy, data, and content, working closely with our creative team to produce scroll-stopping ads that actually convert.
This role is not for someone looking to simply “run ads.” It’s for someone who wants to build an ad engine — one that scales from a handful of clients to dozens.
Apply now via our Google Form: forms.gle/HeVFCgu5k5ba6FZM6
What You’ll Do
Build and manage full-funnel Meta ad campaigns (including testing frameworks, creative rotation, and audience segmentation).
Analyze and report on campaign performance with clarity — you’ll know what’s working, why, and what needs to change.
Develop creative strategy by collaborating with designers, copywriters, and editors. You don’t need to design ads, but you need to know what performs.
Scale winning campaigns through structured testing, optimized budgets, and smart automation.
Prepare client reports and insights, helping to shape future campaign strategies.
Work directly with leadership to develop and refine ApertureAds’ ad testing systems and creative production workflow.
Help build our internal creative library — turning data into inspiration for what we produce next.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of profitable Meta Ads management (ROAS-focused).
Experience with creative testing frameworks and scaling ad performance.
Strong analytical and reporting skills — comfort in Ads Manager, Google Sheets/Looker Studio, or similar.
An eye for creative — able to guide or critique ad visuals, hooks, and storytelling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A self-starter mindset: you’re not waiting for direction; you’re proposing the next test.
Passion for photography, videography, or creative brands is a plus.
Growth Path
We’re early — and that’s a good thing. You’ll have a front-row seat in shaping how ApertureAds grows.
Once we move beyond the proof-of-concept phase and begin onboarding the next 50+ clients, compensation will increase to reflect performance and leadership contribution. This role can evolve into Head of Paid Media or Director of Growth, depending on your trajectory.
